Day 1: a first glass welcome. After your private transfer to El Agustín, take a moment to soak in the stunning views of our historic estate and the rolling Galician countryside. Your journey begins with a private wine tasting by our resident sommelier, where you’ll explore the vibrant flavors of local Albariños and other signature Galician wines. As the evening falls, indulge in a private dinner curated by a Michelin-starred chef at the estate, crafted from the freshest local ingredients and perfectly paired with regional wines that tell the story of this land.
